Prime Minister Sir Robert Walpole Gave Britain Political Stability

This is my copy of one of the most famous portraits of Sir Robert Walpole (1676-1745). It was painted by French portrait painter, Jean Baptiste van Loo (1684-1745) when Walpole was 64 years of age. Van Loo was in England in 1740 when he painted the portrait.
